In Memory of Our Best Friend....


Just wanted to share with anyone reading the blog, that our best friend, Dave, the dog :) passed away today after 15 years. We are all very sad here and will miss him so very much.
We love you Dave and will NEVER forget you!

I am so sorry for your loss. What a testament to your love for Dave that he lived to the ripe old age of 15 (which just seems so unfair that 15 is old for a dog.. Wouldn't we love to keep them our whole lives through?)... You are in my thoughts, Donna

Denise, I am reading this with tears in my eyes. I know somewhat how you all are feeling as we lost our two old dogs within the last three years. It is simply heartbreaking. Sending you lots of loving thoughts! Hugs, Silke

I am so sorry about your loss. I know that pets become a part of the family and it is hard when they have to go. Sounds like he had a long and happy life!

Thank you for the sweet words everyone. It's still been pretty hard and I'm sure we'll have our ups and downs. I know with time, it will be easier to handle. Take care ladies, I'm off to read the book, "Phantom Tollbooth" to my kids. (it's funny...we need a few laughs) Take care.
